Our Narrowboat
Morpheus is a 63 foot long semi-traditional narrowboat with a slightly un-traditional internal layout. She has six berths: a kings size bed at the forward end, an upper and lower bunk bed in the middle and a bench seat in the lounge which can be converted into a double bed for berths five and six. The kitchen is at the rear. She is very well equipped, allowing Owners to enjoy cruising some of the 2000 miles of canals in England and Wales. Find out more…
Management
Several people each own one or more operating weeks of the year. During their time aboard they can enjoy cruising the 2000 miles of canals in England and Wales. Although Morpheus has a home base, which is changed from time to time to give access to different canal sections, Owners are encouraged to arrange handovers to each other at remote locations to arrange lengthy tours of of the network. All in all, it is a flexible arrangement. Owners are the Management of the Company. No external organisation or person has any involvement with the decision making processes. Shares
Morpheus is operated in a similar way to a Timeshare. There are 48 Shares, each associated with a specific week of the year. The remaining four weeks of the year are set aside for routine maintenance. Once purchased, each Share represents a financial ownership in Morpheus.
